High Park Rangers is an after school nature club for youth aged 12 – 16. Youth will take care of High Park while becoming environmental leaders in the community. The High Park Rangers will develop important skills and perform meaningful stewardship work. The High Park Rangers will also help lead the drop-in Family Nature Walks for the public and plan their own public walk to teach the community about their stewardship activities. Participation in High Park Rangers will help youth accumulate “community involvement hours” required to graduate high school.
This program runs every Thursday 4-6 pm, starting January 10th and ending March 21st (skipping March 14 due to March Break)
There is no cost to this leader-in-training program.
