Working With Invasives
With Reid Williamson
Day and Time: Saturday, May 6, 2023, 1:00 – 4:00 PM
Eat your weeds! We’re taking a deep dive into Garlic Mustard (Alliaria petiolata). We’ll be learning identification, best management practices, and how to prepare and eat it! There will be samples to try, recipes to bring home, and an opportunity to help remove some invasive species at our beautiful site.
Note: Please bring comfortable footwear for hiking, and clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. Don’t forget a pen and paper for taking notes.
