Nestled in an urban forest setting, our multi‑purpose indoor spaces offer flexible layouts, abundant natural light, and a serene atmosphere ideal for hosting:

High Park Forest School is located north of the park only a 5-minute walk from High Park TTC Station.

With abundant natural light, flexible layouts, and a warm, nature‑inspired atmosphere, this welcoming indoor venue is perfect for workshops, meetings, retreats, and community events. Host your group in the heart of High Park and enjoy a truly unique space that inspires connection and creativity.
Location: 440 Parkside Drive
The HPNC Cottage is located east of the park only a 8-minute walk from Keele TTC Station.
Space Use Policies
High Park Forest School is located at 375 Colborne Lodge Drive in the north of High Park.
High Park Nature Centre’s Cottage building is located at 440 Parkside Drive on the eastern edge of High Park.
We continue to recommend using the TTC or biking as the best way to get to High Park and the Nature Centre’s facilities. Our facilities are just a 5-minute walk from public transit at the High Park and Keele Subway Stations. In case you were biking, there are bike racks available in front of the Nature Centre.
A number of changes were made to the travel network within High Park as part of the High Park Movement Strategy that might influence your decision to drive to High Park. In case you’re driving we strongly recommend you to park your car at the public parking lot near Grenadier Cafe.
Please note, High Park is closed to cars on the weekends. If your program is on a weekend, you will need to park outside the park and walk in, or take transit.

Please contact us to learn more about our booking policies and the cost of your booking request. Booking fees must be paid in full at least 14 business days before the date of your event.
The cost of your booking fee includes:
- Use of facilities as agreed upon and washrooms
- A Nature Centre staff member on-site to assist with space use and ensure compliance with the booking agreement and our space sharing policies.
- Use of tables, chairs, projector, screen and other furniture as needed.
NOTE: We have very limited space to store food. We also DO NOT have a commercial kitchen.
- No Nuts, Please!
High Park Nature Centre’s facilities are a strictly nut-free zone. Please do not bring food containing tree nuts or peanuts to accommodate other people and staff with life-threatening allergies. - No Alcoholic Beverages
Please note that alcohol is strictly prohibited in High Park and in all Nature Centre facilities. - Pack a Litterless Lunch
We encourage everyone to pack a litterless lunch to reduce our impact on the planet.
High Park Nature Centre’s Cottage and Forest School buildings are not yet AODA-compliant facilities. We try our best to accommodate accessibility needs on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us about any accessibility-related questions you might have.
We welcome registered therapy or guide dogs to our programs. However, we kindly ask that that family pets be left at home.
Dogs and other pets are not permitted in our facilities. However, certified service animals, such as registered therapy or guide dogs, are welcome.
Booking fees must be paid in full at least 14 business days before the date of your event.
Cancellations must be made in writing to info@highparknaturecentre.com at least 14 days prior to your event. Requests made less than 14 days before the event will receive no refund.
